How much does an initial consultation cost?
I agree the costs with you transparently in advance. Depending on the case, I bill by hourly fee, flat fee or statutory tariff — you know where you stand from the start.
Do I already need a lawyer for a police summons?
Yes. The course is set at the very first questioning, and it is hard to correct later. It is best to contact me before the appointment — I accompany you and protect your rights.
In which languages do you advise?
I advise you personally in German, English, Farsi and Pashto — legal clarity without language barriers. For other languages I arrange interpretation on request.
Do you handle billing with my legal expenses insurance?
Yes. If you have legal expenses insurance, on request I clarify the coverage and bill directly with your insurer — saving you time and effort.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
In urgent cases I make every effort to offer a short-notice appointment. You can reach me by phone, email or WhatsApp — even outside usual office hours.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Bring all documents related to your matter — such as summonses, official decisions, correspondence and a photo ID. The more complete the documents, the more precisely I can advise you.
